But being so busy in my scientific research I get less and less time to give reiki to myself. But I must admit that my reiki energy were tremendous soon after I was attuned, whenever I gave reiki the enegry flowed out of my hand like a gaint waterfall, sometime my hands used to shake due to that flow. Same experiece while sending long distance. But with time and out of practice, I only feel the same flow when the person I am giving reiki is very open to it. Though I give reiki to myself daily, but just for 10 min. Good to read ur 30 days challange, but I am in the middle of three big projects, so can't follow very religiously but will keep a track.
